101 Bible Verses to Make Personal

Here are my personal favorite and most powerful verses from a life-long love of reading the Holy Bible. I tried to narrow this list to 101 verses, I really did try, but every time I considered removing a verse it caused me to keep it and add another, so the list kept growing. And, even now, there are dozens and hundreds of verses I want to add. If I’ve forgotten your favorite or most important verse, please add it to the comments or write to me. I know from experience that God will bless you when you make His Word personal in your life…

One Reply to “101 Bible Verses to Make Personal”

  1. I’ve gone through a lengthy sickness and it’s left me with significant cognitive impairment. I pondered how to best improve it and decided re-learning scripture verses would be a good place. But, where to start? I looked at the Navigator’s materials. I looked at promise books and pamphlets. None of them were what I was looking for. When I stumbled across this list on the internet, it was just the thing! This selection of verses hits my favorites as well. I decided to proceed by writing each one on a 3X5 note card (or staple a couple together for longer verses) and review them that way–maybe 5 at a time. When I’ve mastered those, I can write 5 more. Thank you again.
